About The Opportunity

As a Help Desk Consultant (Level 2), you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and customer service to our clients. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming an expert in JIM2 and FM Audit software.
  • Overseeing internal IT infrastructure as a System Administrator.
  • Supporting future clients under Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts.
  • Liaising with customers regarding technician visits and coordinating secondary callouts when parts are required.
  • Remote installation of print drivers and workflow enhancements such as scan to email for upgraded printing and imaging equipment.
  • Taking customer calls for Level 1 and Level 2 support related to the break-fix of office printing and imaging equipment, as well as software solutions.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience in help desk customer support and a strong customer service background.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support. Managed print and managed services experience is ideal
  • Experience working in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating autonomy and the ability to work full-time in Australia.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including familiarity with network configurations, installation processes, and driver downloads.

You will also have:

  • Experience in configuring VoIP phones and handling billing processes.
  • A proactive approach to training on new software/hardware as they are adopted.
