About The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to enhance our client's online retail performance and drive digital growth. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing e-commerce growth and monitoring brand website sales
- Optimising online merchandising and ensuring website functionality
- Building and executing an online promotional calendar
- Implementing site upgrades and improvements
- Managing Shopify Plus platform operations
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive e-business plans
- Implementing cross-selling mechanisms and promotional strategies
- Ensuring exceptional user experience across all website aspects
- Leading conversion rate optimisation initiatives
- Managing website design, esthetics, content, and navigation
- Monitoring and analysing key e-commerce KPIs
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices
- Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Proven expertise with the Shopify Plus platform
- A strong understanding of premium/luxury market dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of e-commerce analytics and optimisation tools
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent project management abilities
