About The Opportunity
The 'Business Development Manager - Acoustic Treatment' will be instrumental in spearheading this newly created division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic business plans to launch and grow our acoustic treatment division.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in retail, commercial, government, and home theater sectors.
- Creating persuasive proposals tailored to client needs for acoustic treatment solutions.
- Providing technical consultations to clients on applications of acoustic treatments.
- Collaborating with retail teams to integrate acoustic treatment products into our current offerings.
- Developing training materials to enhance staff expertise on acoustic treatment products.
- Meeting or exceeding established sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying growth opportunities.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of sales experience in acoustic treatment or a related industry
- A strong technical understanding of room acoustics and acoustic treatment principles
- A proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management
- Experience with both commercial and residential acoustic solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
