Our client is a well-established wholesale and retail business in Malaga specialising in providing Tile and bathroom selection services for clients of boutique builders and renovators. With over a decade of experience, they offer a curated range of premium quality imported porcelain tiles and bathroom products designed to suit various home styles and budgets for both commercial and residential clients.
About The Opportunity
As a Sales Consultant and Account Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and leverage your existing relationships with architects, builders, and developers to identify and develop new commercial sales channels throughout Western Australia. Your role will also involve maintaining and nurturing an extensive existing client base to ensure all business opportunities are maximised.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities while servicing existing clients
- Securing and upholding product specifications for commercial and residential projects
- Generating regular sales performance reports
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth
- Conducting regular client visits and follow-ups
- Collaborating with team members to align with company direction
- Utilizing strong presentation and negotiation skills to close sales
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar sales or account management role
- Experience within the building industry, particularly in tiling and bathroom fitting fixtures (desirable)
- Familiarity with reading site plans
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Current drivers licence
You will also have:
- A proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions
- Strong teamwork abilities to work collaboratively with colleagues
- A proactive and results-driven attitude
