About The Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the crews and maintaining excellent client relationships. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Plant Foreman/Supervisors and Crews.
  • Assist with job cost analysis and comparing bid vs. build for projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and queries of accurate tender processes and related documentation.
  • Provide timely documentation to customers, including SWMS, Toolbox Talks, and Service Records.
  • Organise and schedule works, including coordinating subcontractors, source and order materials.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance J&E Asphalt's reputation and foster strong working relationships.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the same or similar role
  • A strong understanding of asphalt construction, including the ability to read plans and knowledge of specifications and applications.
  • Excellent written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements

You will also have:

  • Knowledge of local contractors and businesses (strongly preferred).
  • A current driver's license and relevant industry licenses/certifications.
