About The Opportunity
As the Customer Experience & Service Manager, you will take the lead in enhancing customer interactions and driving satisfaction. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support.
- Managing inbound calls, processing orders, and conducting post-sale follow-ups.
- Developing and leading the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy to improve customer touchpoints and service processes.
- Analysing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring the adoption of CX initiatives across teams and refining service frameworks.
- Training and supporting staff to enhance their customer service skills.
- Fostering cross-team collaboration to align with CX goals.
- Assisting with administrative and marketing-related tasks as required.
