About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Booking client appointments
- Preparation of BAS and IAS
- Relief answering phones overflow
- Knowledge and work with ATO Portal
- Contact and dealing with ATO (minor)
- Monthly coding of multiple clients in multiple industries
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping practice
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software with a relevant bookkeeping qualification
- Experience using software such as Excel and Outlook
- Strong time management and communcation skills
- Experience with Acess/Handisoft software (preferred)
