About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert customer service by assisting both retail and trade customers with advice on products such as pumps, irrigation systems, and outdoor poly products.
- Driving sales by converting inquiries into sales and ensuring customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.
- Managing orders and inventory by processing orders, generating quotes, and maintaining job order documentation while keeping stock levels optimised.
- Collaborating with team members to plan jobs, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to team training.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience with irrigation, pumps, or outdoor sales
- Strong customer service experience and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- A positive, energetic, and enthusiastic outlook, with a passion for helping customers and growing with the team.
- Excellent organisational skills, time management, and computer proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and physical fitness to lift heavy items
- Comfort in working autonomously as well as part of a team.
