About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to support the manufacturing operations within the tarpaulin division, ensuring products are produced efficiently and to a high-quality standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fabric welding of synthetic materials
- Machinist work using canvas and synthetic materials
- Fabric cutting using CNC machinery and manual tools
- Assisting with general production tasks and housekeeping
- Maintaining quality standards while meeting production deadlines
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing quality products.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (desirable but not essential – junior and experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, honest and trustworthy approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Enjoyment of practical, hands-on work
- Current driver’s licence
- Forklift licence (desirable; however training can be provided if not currently held)
