About The Opportunity
As an HVAC Estimator/Engineer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and proposals for HVAC projects
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical information
- Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and site requirements
- Conducting site assessments and attending client or builder meetings as needed
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate scope and delivery
- Providing technical input and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Supporting engineering tasks such as equipment selection, load calculations, and design reviews
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in HVAC estimation and/or engineering roles and a relevant qualification
- Proven ability to deliver accurate quotations and interpret technical documentation
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., estimating tools, Excel, AutoCAD/Revit is a plus)
You will also have:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
