About The Opportunity
As a Help Desk Consultant (Level 2), you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional technical support and service to a wide array of clients. Some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Becoming proficient in JIM2 and FM Audit software.
- Managing internal IT infrastructure as a System Administrator.
- Supporting new clients under Managed Service Provider (MSP) agreements.
- Coordinating technician appointments and arranging follow-ups when additional parts are required.
- Performing remote installations of print drivers and workflow features such as scan-to-email for newly upgraded print and imaging devices.
- Handling customer enquiries for Level 1 and Level 2 support relating to break-fix issues of print/imaging equipment and associated software.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A background in help desk customer support and an excellent approach to customer service.
- Technical proficiency in areas including network configuration, installations, and driver deployment.
- The ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment, with full work rights in Australia.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support. Previous experience in managed print and services is highly regarded.
Additional valuable skills include:
- Experience setting up VoIP phone systems and managing billing processes.
- A self-motivated attitude towards continuous learning, particularly in adopting new software and hardware solutions.
