About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Booking and planning clients appointments
• Preparing files for accountant appointments 
• Mail and all communications via ATO Portal
• If experienced, completing SMSF's up to audit stage and taking client records 
• If experienced, processing and completing returns for individuals, companies and trusts

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper within a tax and accounting firm
• Prior experience in a taxation/accounting office environment
• Proficiency in XERO and FYI software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
