With over a decade of experience, they offer a curated range of premium-quality imported porcelain tiles and bathroom products designed to suit various home styles and budgets, for both commercial and residential clients. 

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage all warehouse operations while ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods.

Reporting directly to the General Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Handling receipt of all incoming and outgoing goods
• Overseeing storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products
• Monitoring inventory and optimising storage strategies
• Coordinating freight logistics and shipping documentation
• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and functional warehouse environment
• Training and mentoring warehouse staff to ensure a versatile and high-performing team
• Driving communication across departments to meet business goals
• Upholding the companies core values and promoting a positive culture
• Engaging in hands-on packaging duties when required

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse management role
• A valid forklift licence with 12+ months of forklift operating experience
• Drivers license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• A strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and staff management
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Physical and mental fitness for packaging and active warehouse duties
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour
