About The Opportunity
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with the right audio solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Serving customers, selling products, and meeting customer needs
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs and agreed sales targets
- Processing sales and warranty claims while liaising with customers and suppliers
- Responding to online and phone queries via the A2A helpdesk system
- Maintaining immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S requirements
- Working flexible hours (must be available Tuesdays - Fridays, 10am – 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 5pm)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge, experience, and passion for audio technology (essential)
- Previous experience in retail sales or consultancy with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
- A confident sales approach with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
