The owner, who has decades of experience in the industry, prides herself on providing a relaxed ambience for brides, ensuring they feel comfortable while preparing for one of the biggest days of their lives.
About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and expert styling advice to brides
- Assisting with buying for new season collections
- Assisting with fittings, pinning, and offering guidance on body types and style
- Lead and inspire a team of retail stylists to ensure consistently high service standards
- Collaborate within a small, close-knit team to achieve store performance and success.
- Oversee back-of-house operations, including administrative and organisational tasks as required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated sales experience with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to consistently meet monthly goals
- Background in bridal or fashion retail, or a strong passion for developing a career in the bridal industry
- Solid understanding of body shapes, styling principles, and garment construction
You will also have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Availability for some Thursday evenings and Saturday shifts
