About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building client relationships. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the modular construction market
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are achievable and well delivered
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Travel to meet clients as required (mostly day trips, occasional overnight stays)

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven commercial sales experience, preferably within construction or a related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders
  • A results-driven and highly motivated approach, with a genuine desire to sell, succeed and consistently achieve strong outcomes
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
