About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to provide legal services across either or both of estate planning or commercial leasing matters, supporting a diverse client base including individuals, investors, and business owners.
Reporting directly to the Principal, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney and estate planning documentation
- Advising clients on estate planning strategies and asset protection
- Preparing and reviewing commercial and retail leasing documentation
- Advising landlords and tenants on leasing negotiations and disputes
- Managing commercial property transactions and related legal matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Admission as a legal practitioner in Australia
- Significant experience in estate planning, wills and succession matters or,
- Significant experience in commercial property or leasing law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A professional, client-focused approach to legal practice
