About The Opportunity

You will be working in a medium, fast-paced dental practice that expects their employees to be reliable, able to take initiative, hardworking and strong team players. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist patients in a warm, friendly manner
• Manage appointment schedules (D4W) and patients records
• Assisting dentists, hygienists and therapists with a variety of dental procedures

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in the dental industry
• Strong computer skills and experience using HICAPS and D4W
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to multitask
• A willingness to be a team player who demonstrates a good work ethic
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
