About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage customer experience processes while ensuring smooth coordination between customers, production, and internal teams.
Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Managing inbound calls, emails, and order processing
- Following up on production progress and updating customers accordingly
- Processing invoices once goods are completed and dispatched
- Coordinating custom freight and specialised delivery requirements
- Entering accounts payable bills and supporting invoice checks
- Supporting senior management with administrative coordination
- Ensuring accurate communication across customers and internal teams
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on workflows
- High attention to detail and organisational capability
