About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical service, installation, and support for specialised equipment across customer sites both domestically and internationally.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, commissioning, and maintaining equipment at customer sites
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical systems
- Preparing service reports and documenting site activities accurately
- Delivering technical advice, support, and training to customers
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements on-site
- Collaborating with internal engineering, sales, and project teams
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through professional service
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Technical qualification in Electrical, Process, Mechatronics, or similar discipline
- Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or engineering roles
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical and process systems
- Experience with automation or industrial control systems (advantageous)
- Current EWRB Licence and valid driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and customer service capability
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
