About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to establish and lead the company's residential solar sales function, driving sustainable growth while building a high-performing sales team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, building, and leading a team of in-home Solar Consultants and Door-to-Door Sales Reps
• Developing sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
• Creating and implementing effective door-to-door sales campaigns
• Identifying target suburbs, campaign timing, and customer offers
• Overseeing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to contract
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales culture
• Taking ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, and gross margin outcomes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience selling residential solar through in-home consultations and/or door-to-door
• Strong understanding of successful residential solar sales processes
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading sales representatives
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and profitability
• A proactive, driven, and results-focused mindset
