About The Opportunity

They are looking for an Operations and Administration Assistant to join their company in Brendale, QLD.

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing distributors purchase orders
  • Generating pick sheet for warehouse for both retail and distributors
  • Process payment and coordinate and confirm deliveries
  • Process invoices when goods are despatch
  • Book services calls for gas technicians
  • Assist with customers sales and technical enquiries

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar retail/ wholesale environment 
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

This position would suit a motivated individual who is confident and has effective communication skills.
