Our client now has a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with IT sales experience to join their Queensland sales team and establish themselves within a market-leading company.
About The Opportunity
They are now looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their company in Silverwater, NSW.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Data entry of invoices
- Preparation of electronic transfers payments and some cheques
- Preparation of weekly and monthly payment reports
- Stock adjustments, petty cash, and filing
- Answering enquiries on payment of invoices
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 12+ months of Accounts Payable experience
- Diploma or degree in accounting (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work dependently or as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
