Our Client
Our client is a privately owned and operated specialist air conditioning and ventilation company, operating since 2008 in Auckland. They have an established service and maintenance team that look after a variety of commercial buildings for clients all over Auckland. They undertake a significant amount of installation work that generates additional service and maintenance opportunities on a regular basis.
The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of customer-focused technicians
- Complete oversite and ownership of all Service & Maintenance jobs
- Driving the development of the technicians to increase capabilities
- Proactively manage the health/wellbeing and safety of your team
- Managing existing relationships and building new relationships with clients
- Oversite of the financial performance of the Service & Maintenance team
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service and Maintenance Manager is preferred
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Great people and relationship building skills
- A real desire to own and grow this area of the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
