About The Company
Our client-first established themselves in 1987 as a successful Seafood restaurant situated on an olive farm. The owners initially purchased the 40-acre property that the restaurant is based on allowing visitors to explore the beautiful scenery. They produce many different types of gourmet olive oil and other olive products, balsamic vinegar, and other produce.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in all sections of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing menus, organising the kitchens, and preparing for service
- Cooking a variety of fish, vegetable, and meat dishes
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
