About The Opportunity
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide service and support over the phone and email for financial planning client enquiries
- Update and maintain client databases and online client applications
- Manage online filling, record keeping and lodgement of client applications
- Follow up with insurance companies on any outstanding issues
- Assist with the preparations of Statement of Advice documents
- Learn how to prepare insurance quotes and client review documents
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the financial planning industry
- Experience using Xplan (desirable)
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Office
- Excellent communication skills with a professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisation skills
