About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Owner some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target markets
  • Identify key demographics and consumer trends and conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and website optimisation
  • Generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling marketing materials

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Marketing role 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field 
  • Experience with a range of digital marketing channels 
  • Understanding of construction terminology and building practices (desirable)
  • Problem-solving skills with a creative thought process 

You will also have:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use a range of systems/software
  • The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of analytical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
