About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, design, deliver and measure the results of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Email Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute targeted outbound email campaigns to a large database, including automated workflows and drip sequences, to achieve marketing goals
• Content Creation & Design: Write compelling email copy, design engaging templates, and optimise content for responsiveness and deliverability
• Paid Advertisement Management: Craft persuasive ad copy, create engaging visuals, and fine-tune targeting strategies to drive performance and achieve campaign objectives
• Audience Segmentation & List Management: Organise and maintain segmented email lists to target audiences effectively, ensuring list hygiene and compliance with data privacy laws
• Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and implement A/B tests to refine strategies for better results
• Compliance & Deliverability: Adhere to regulations, while managing bounce rates, spam complaints, and ensuring high deliverability
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams while staying updated on email marketing trends and best practices.

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist 
• Experience with paid social advertising and content creation and copywriting
• Experience with high volume outbound email marketing - highly desirable!
• Experience with Wordpress is beneficial

You will also have:

• Proficiency in achieving great results in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work as part of a team but also take responsibility to get results in your area
