About The Company
Our client offers access to a range of child development opportunities under the one roof. They are a private multidisciplinary paediatric allied health practice in the Capricorn Coast area, and believe in a holistic approach to children’s developmental therapy.
Their therapists are specifically trained to identify patterns and behaviour that can predict outcomes for later in life. They work closely with parents and carers with the aim to discover each child’s unique and achievable pathways to progress.
About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a primarily paediatric caseload through assessment and therapeutic intervention

Reporting on assessments and individual progress
-
Provision of education to families, carers and community supports including educators
-
Implementation of evidence based programs/ group therapies
-
Engaging in specialist service delivery such as AT prescription; feeding therapy (support for development available)
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree in Speech Therapy and ideally work experience in a disability caseload
- Current SPA membership
- Current Blue Card clearance
- Professional indemnity insurance
- A current Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle
- Motivation to work inclusively with children and families
- Knowledge of NDIS systems
