About The Opportunity

This role focuses on driving growth across Victoria and nearby regions by expanding the customer base and increasing revenue through strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and showroom clients.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Growth: Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts with a focus on retail and trade sales
  • Expand Rural Network: Build and support a strong rural sales presence in key regional centres.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain professional in-store displays and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Reporting: Plan weekly activities, track performance, and monitor competitor movements.

About You 

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for sales and a strong desire to grow in the industry. Experience in kitchen appliances, plumbing products, or trade/retail sales is ideal but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and numerical skills
  • Proven sales ability and confidence using computers
  • Valid driver’s licence & willingness to travel

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong communicator
  • Able to work independently and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
