About The Opportunity
As a Personal Trainer at their Melbourne CBD branch, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and fitness of their members. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Driving membership sales and providing top-notch prospect service
- Leading engaging group training classes to motivate and inspire participants
- Conducting One-on-One Personal Training sessions tailored to a diverse clientele
- Providing exceptional membership service and fostering a member-centric positive culture
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Outstanding communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong time management skills to maintain an efficient schedule
- A Cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training or a higher qualification
- Exceptional customer service abilities to create lasting relationships
- A background in sales, enhancing your ability to drive membership growth
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or a willingness to obtain these qualifications
